About this design

Every guest room in this scheme faces the water. The building is bent into a shallow L so the rooms turn toward the river view while service, plant and back-of-house functions are pushed to the landward side.

The ground floor carries the public rooms: a double-height lobby, a restaurant and bar that spill onto the pool deck, and a conference suite that can be divided into three smaller meeting rooms or opened up as a single banqueting hall.

Guest rooms sit on the three upper floors in a mix of standard keys, junior suites and two corner suites, all reached from a single corridor with a service lift at each end.
